• Most jewelry items require approximately 4-5 Weeks for production and processing before shipment.
• Processing times may vary depending on the jewelry design, customization, ring size, stone availability, or other product requirements.
• More specific processing and shipping information may also be mentioned on the individual product page.

Shipping Within the USA

• We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
• All USA orders are shipped via FedEx 2-Day delivery.
• Estimated delivery time is approximately 2 business days after your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

Euro Design ships internationally to eligible addresses worldwide.

• For orders outside the USA, shipping charges vary depending on your location and order details.

Shipping Carrier

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped within the USA are not subject to customs duties.

• These charges are generally not included in the product price or shipping charges unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been completed and shipped, we will provide you with a FedEx tracking number.

• Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the shipping label is created.

Delivery Address

• Euro Design cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.
• We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business street address.

Returns and Exchanges on Custom Orders

Custom-designed orders are made especially for you and are therefore final sale. They are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• The 4-5 Weeks processing period is separate from the shipping transit time.
• Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed because customs and carrier delays may occur.
